If you have developed any eCommerce program that either works with, extends, or is a customized version of our software, we would like to sell! Contact us.

If you are an eCommerce Developer, a Web hosting provider, or a payment gateway provider and would like to exchange links with us, we have an instant program for you.

Our automatic link exchange module checks periodically the reciprocal links on your site and if found it will displays the links to you from our site simultaneously, avoiding any human errors.

Again replace the email by yours. For the convenience of commission payout, use your PayPal account's email if possible.

The link requires clickthroughs from your site, whereas the script tracks the visitors even before they visit our site (and they can visit at any later time directly or from other links). But it does have some conflicts with recent popup blockers. So using both the link and the script is recommended.

Any customer referred from your site to SmartWin will bear the affiliate mark (i.e. your email) for up to 60 days of the referral -- a period that is sufficient for the customer to download, test, and eventually purchase one of our programs.

Namely Any referral within 60 days prior to the sale will count.

You can optionally track the sales and commissions in real-time:

• Sign up a business partner account using the email specified in the link(s).
• Click on Affiliate Tracking to track the progress (bookmark this page).

1. Any individuals or companies are welcome to cut-paste the above code on to their Web pages to start an engagement of affiliation with SmartWin Technology.
2. Commissions apply to sales of any software products or the initial signup of services on SmartWin's Web site. Namely, those items listed on the Order page.
3. The commission rate is 10% (ten percent) of the total amount of successful sales within a calendar month.
4. The payment date will be within first 5 days of each calendar month.
5. Payment of commission will be calculated and drawn in US dollars, will be paid through PayPal. So do use the email which is also used by your PayPal account to track the affiliate referrals.
6. Payment may be converted to Australian dollars using the exchange rate at the first business day of the month.
7. Crawbacks due to cancellations or declined transactions or fraudulent credit cards may be deducted from the subsequent commission payment(s).
8. Separate and formal agreement may be signed if the monthly commission exceeds US$100.
9. SmartWin Technology reserves the right to discontinue the engagement within 7 days of written notice or public announcement should any circumstance arise that would affect the business operation of SmartWin Technology in any aspects.
10. SmartWin Technology reserves the right to amend any of the terms or conditions specified above. In that case, the amendment(s) will supercede the existing one(s) in 7 days.
11. The above terms and conditions will be governed by the Laws in the State of Victoria, Commonwealth of Australia. 

There is no requirement on which logo to be used on your site. You may simply use the logo on the top-left of this page.
